Participants must be 19 years or older to enter the casinos.
A valid Momentum card and government-issued photo ID are required to participate in promotions, contests, or events at Fallsview Casino Resort and Casino Niagara, and to claim any related rewards or benefits.
Momentum membership is free, and benefits are subject to availability.
Momentum cards are non-transferable and intended for personal use only.
Individuals prohibited from accessing Ontario gaming sites are ineligible to enter the casinos or participate in contests or promotions.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
Selected entrants must correctly answer a time-limited skill-testing question to claim their prize.

Grand Prize Car Giveaway:
Car qualifiers must check in at the Momentum Desk at Fallsview Casino by 6:30 PM on May 28, 2025, to confirm eligibility for the draw. Failure to check in will result in disqualification and alternate qualifiers may be selected at 6:45 PM.
Each guest may only qualify for weekly draws once during the promotional period.
